The Temitayo Tejoun Development Foundation for Sustainable Futures (TTDFSF) ("the Foundation") is a registered non-profit organization under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020, with registration number RC: 8579646. This Legal & Governance Policy establishes the framework by which TTDFSF ensures compliance with all applicable laws, ethical standards, and international best practices in nonprofit management. It also defines the structure, roles, responsibilities, and accountability mechanisms of the Foundation.
